This conference focuses on a multidisciplinaryapproach to improving the health and quality of lifefor individuals living with frailty – a condition markedby increased vulnerability to adverse health eventsand primarily affects older adults but also impactsother vulnerable groups.

Aimed at health and social care professionals, theevent promotes shared understanding and bestpractices for managing frailty through integratedcare. This year, the conference broadens its scopebeyond older adults to include underrepresentedgroups such as those living with chronic conditions,learning disabilities, mental health issues,addictions, and homelessness—populations oftenoverlooked yet significantly affected by frailty.The overarching aim is to enhance knowledge, fosterinterdisciplinary collaboration.
