Stopping Luscii for Blood Pressure

Due to technical problems, we are stopping the use of the Luscii app for the foreseeable future from 17th April 2026, we are really sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.

We would be grateful if you did not ring the reception of your practices as they will not be able to provide you further information, other than to direct you to this webpage.

It is important to us that you have an alternative method to submit blood pressure readings to us. To achieve this, over the coming weeks, if you have not submitted a blood pressure reading recently, you will receive a text message asking you to complete 4 days of blood pressure readings. Your text message will include a reply link for you to use once you have completed 4 days of readings. Once we receive your reply, our team will either contact you saying there is no further action, or, if your BP is a little on the high side, you will hear from one of our pharmacy team in the following weeks.

Please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away, we will be sending these message out in cohorts over the next 4-5 weeks starting 22nd April 2026.

If you have a particularly high or low blood pressure, at any point in time, please do contact your GP.

If you have a further query about stopping the Luscii app that you wish to raise, please contact us via the following email address: [email protected]
Note: this email address is only for Luscii queries and does not accept general medical or administrative queries.

We thank you for your understanding,
Bournemouth East Collaborative PCN
