Managing Frailty in Primary Care 2025
Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network proudly hosted its 2nd Frailty Conference on Friday 7th November 2025 at the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth.
With an impressive turnout of 115 attendees, the day featured a wide range of expert speakers who delivered insightful presentations on the often-overlooked issue of frailty in younger people.
The vibrant venue, excellent hospitality, and delicious food created the perfect atmosphere for learning, discussion, and collaboration across sectors. We are delighted with the success of this year’s event and look forward to welcoming everyone back for our 3rd conference in 2026!
